Yo I totally get that time entry shit. I get automatic hate mail from my boss if I don't hit 6 hrs of billable time. There's a lot of unbillable duties I do in my position, so a lot of days I don't hit my 6 and it's annoying as fuck.
My boss is also a passive aggressive pos that I could rant about all day.
I get hate mail if my total time entered is less than 9 whole assed hours.
They want to know when I take a shit for fucks sake. What are they going to do, reprimand me if I take 20 minutes to take a dump?
"What were you doing that entire time?"
"Taking a shit"
"It doesn't take 20 minutes to take a shit"
"Maybe for you"
....
Bro 9 hour workdays sound like hell. And the fact they want to know if you're taking a shit is disgusting. I'm so sorry you have a job like that. I hope you're able to get out of there.
