He didn't mention any elected officials, so no reports made by me or the other mods that I know of. He ranted about Nazis, but I don't know any elected officials who are Nazis, so all good on my end anyway. :)

That isn't how the usa does all elections. For example, the Cheeto was elected by the electoral vote but not the popular vote. See how that works?
Now, I'd certainly support a direct democracy where each vote counted equally. That would be great. You and me, we can support it together! Yay team!
And the electoral vote is in place because the Republicans and the Democrats you voted for choose to keep it in place. See how that works? Dems love it when the electoral vote works in their favor, and hate it when it doesn't. Republicans do the same thing.
I'm totally fine with popular vote. How come no republican has changed it? How come no democrat has changed it? Oh because they both favor it when it works in their favor.
