I'm not aware of any other than Stardew Valley.

Littlewood, perhaps? Verdant Skies?

I've never played them. How is Verdant Skies in your opinion? I remember seeing screenshots from that game, but I never got deeper into it.

I've never played them either, but I've heard of them. Afaik Littlewood has a gender neutral option baked into it, rather than that you kind of have to mod your way into it (and even with that mod in Stardew, you still don't have a third option).
