I'm wondering if Trump will be fit for public appearance in 2.5 more years. I mean, he's not now, but soon enough I feel they'll have to pull him from the public eye. Dementia comes with temper issues, he'll be raging on camera, screaming about clouds, etc.

No, he's not at the screeching incoherently stage yet. There were reports of him losing his shit in the first administration, and really losing it on Zelensky last visit, but he's still keeping a lid on it in public.
