That's not how i typically have seen "TERF" used.

I wonder if the author is trying to redefine the term to mean a broader, somewhat different group, or if they mean the same group as I'm thinking and are being cheeky with the language

In case i come across the wrong way I want to be clear: trans rights are human rights, no exceptions.

Definitely being cheeky, it's got an asterisk and footnote but given their account name I'm guessing their primary work is with trans inclusion and their primary audience is going to get the sly reference.
