Those two games should be nearly identical to be honest, it shouldn't matter.
I'd lean toward the Vancouver game since both teams are in the Pacific division, and Vancouver is one point behind LA in the standings currently. It's not hugely consequential at this point in the season, but there's slightly more on the line when playing another team in your division.
