Oh god I'm terrible for this. Though it has kinda worked out for me in the past - I spent ages trying to find a black denim jacket that would suit me and after looking through various shops over the space of a week, I came across an online charity shop selling one (quite an expensive brand actually) in my exact size. I've worn it so much since!

I also put together a spreadsheet when trying to decide which walking boots to buy lol
