Is he a dingus? Charlie and his brother Theo are "The Dingus Twins". They may have a long lost third dingus brother I'm not aware of, since they were "box on road" kitties.

No, he's very chill and easy going. Just kinda goes with the flow of whatever is happening. The most common thing we imagine running through his head, after "I want treats", is "Well, this is my life now".
