I know. It breaks my heart. πΏ
But I doubt that it was a human who abandoned Kira. There's a lot of stray kitties that haven't been operated on in my area. I rather suspect that Kira was separated from her mother when she (or her mother) were attacked by the rouge dogs that infest this area.
I knew that leaving her alone would be a death sentence. When I first was able to touch her and and take her with me, I started to cry. πΏ
