Hey now, maybe he's not getting fired (lol) because of what a shit job he's been doing, maybe he's voluntarily stepping down from his dangerous job to be a family man. This is pure speculation derived from his arm being around what appears to be a pregnant person.

Can't say I'd be surprised if he did get fired - dude has been pushing off his responsibilities onto everyone else since his first day. "Only I can prevent forest fires", Smokey? Then what are you even doing here?
