They're not going to respond to peace or law, because they're nazis. You can't appease them. You can't put them off until later. They always pursue the same thing their religion tells them to do: Seek power and control for their god, ignore all laws made by man, and obey your superiors.

That's all they do, they've been indoctrinated since birth.
