No, I don't travel much, I fear 😔

Much like Utah, it's a beautiful place. Filled with the dumbest, most racist hicks imaginable. Yellowstone National Park is the most incredible place I've ever been. West Yellowstone, the place where a bunch of rich Salt Lake City Mormons spend their summers, is not. I suppose I haven't seen much of the state beyond that and Bozeman, but I don't think either of us are missing much.

Yeah, that sounds about right. I'm from Alberta, and it's the same here.

And yet, any person you run into might be perfectly normal and lovely - especially in the cities. There are just enough racist shitheads around to continue electing fascists in a gerrymandered state/province.

At some point you can just call them our fellow Americans. At some point they are that even with the other stuff.

Not yet.

"I will live in Montana. And I will marry a round American woman and raise rabbits, and she will cook them for me. And I will have a pickup truck... maybe even a 'recreational vehicle.' And drive from state to state. Do they let you do that?"

So far...

Far Cry 5 created a fictional depiction of an acres-wide doomsday cult with full control over local PD and livelihoods.

The devs explained they’d done research in the USA, and the game’s entire open world is a fraction of the size of Montana’s largest cult.
