Am on LMDE now and I am tempted to change :) nostalgia mainly I guess , owned and coded games in assembler on my C64 as a school kid, had an A1000 and A1200 later.

It's MATE though, not XFCE.

The bottom shelf bar and the default top bar made me think it was XFCE, but it's even more impressive in that case.
