pronunciations may vary though the meaning, basically "shit for brains", is universal, no?
It's an amazingly regional pronunciation.
I've also seen motherfucker, piece of shit, cuntbag, dipshit, loser, fuckwad, twat, asshole, worthless sack of shit, dickbag, scum, trash, dickless, sputum, cockknocker, fugly fucking waste of a life, soulless bastard...
And I am certain that this is not the entire exhaustive list.
