Never underestimate the Americans' capacity for racism. A lot of things in America can be explained by racism.

I'd recommend a Mexican accent for best results, but probably yes.

That works is seems, but you have to get access to someone's account to add it to the custom instructions.

Yeap.... Imo the reason why so many of the worst people in America are so obsessed with AI is because they think it will solve the age old problem of population decline without having to import brown people for labour.
