I remember watching a clip of a Japanese movie on YouTube where a guy holds up a kamen rider or ultraman mask to hide his identity while he fights people

I haven't been able to find the movie and I can't find it in my YouTube watch history

Edit: found the clip again after watching random YouTube clips from Japan to tune my YouTube recomendations
