She's got a point - a partner compatible enough to marry would be worth more than $100,000 to me. The problem is that there's no straightforward way to convert the money into a partner. She's famous enough to do what she's doing and actually get applications (and the fact that she's a woman helps) but if there are effective matchmaking services for ordinary people, I haven't heard of them.
