I have yet to complete a single run in Hades. I’m very bad at this game but do love it.
1 or 2? I remember it taking ages to finish a run of 1 but then it started getting much easier relatively quickly
1! I always die after the first couple of boss fights.
Dying is just how you get stronger
Ya that’s how that goes. I think the first bit is getting Nyx stuff and buying mirror upgrades. Learning boss moves just allows you to get more currency until you can complete a run regularly. I cant remember but I think my first completion was at like 25hours and then at 40ish I was semi regular. I think I’m at 120hours now and I just try to maximize diamonds to unlock all the songs now.
It’ll come but you’re gonna keep getting rocked for a bit.
I haven't completed a run in Hades 2 and at this point I'm not sure I will any time soon.
I'm not really a gamer, but the first Hades just clicked with me. It's a game I can pick up and just have some fun.
Hades 2 just isn't clicking like that. I enjoyed what I've played of it, but things are a lot more complicated, just a lot more going on and a lot more to keep track of, and the main character just seems so much weaker or maybe the game is a lot harder in general, I don't know. Either way, it hasn't drawn me in. Hoping it will one day, and perhaps coming out of beta will help on that front.
Same here
I think I'll try again this weekend
