I agree they're miserable, but they aren't wet and it isn't raining in that picture.

Still, Sarah can GTFO. Then kids damn well didn't want to be around there.

Good point. It looks like it was raining. But probably wasn't still raining when that photo. That poor girl in the right of the photo looks especially cold and miserable. Poor kid.
