There must be dozens of the damn things cable tied up lamp posts lining a few streets around here (West Yorkshire). What the fuck happened?

In an area I drove through last week, they've spray paintied a red cross on every white mini round about hump as well.

There are other symbols of hate that you can easily make a red "plus" sign into.
