They made a movie based on this. It's called "Safety Not Guaranteed" and it was OK given the premise.

Wait... Is your mind just traveling back as your past self, or are you just traveling back in time as your fat self? Because one is just having memories, and the other is just you fat but back in 2023.

I'm actually learning to time travel. Still not perfect. It often takes me seven days to travel a week into the future but still
