Interestingly, I think this will affect me. I have been selling off old collectable stuff on eBay recently, and have had a few sales go to the USA.
Even though they say (for now) you can still send stuff if it marked as a "gift" and is less than $150 on the customs declaration, I still don't want to risk it.
