I generally agree.
But it is almost impossible to make any judgement about the risk from the article.
There is no information about the risk, are we talking about 1/100 or 1/10000 type risk.
How much safer than the old procedure is it?
What it the spread of complications like? Is this an all or nothing type or does it scale from minor to severe?
