I expect you to support women's rights, not to lead the charge to change them. (This is what carry the brunt means)

If you're worried about men's rights, feel free to support the many legitimate movements such as the Father's Rights Movement or the Canadian Centre for Men and Families, or find any similar non-profit near you to volunteer with.
