Air Canada announced early Sunday that it planned to resume flights in the evening, but just hours later, the union representing more than 10,000 flight attendants said in a statement that its members would remain on strike, defying the back-to-work order handed down by the CIRB.

CUPE has accused the Liberal government of "rewarding Air Canada's refusal to negotiate fairly by giving them exactly what they wanted."

Reminder that AirCanada ghost union negotiator on multiple times since December. The only one responsible here is AirCanada. The Attendants Union tried, AirCanada arrange for the negotiations to fail so they could crawl back to the Liberals and force workers to go back

It's also amazing the labour board isn't concerned about the unpaid labour on the ground.

The arbitrator they chose work as high up management between 1998 and 2004 for AirCanada. The Labor Board are not on the side of the workers, they’re middle managers masquerading as millionaires lackeys
