I hate tuning knobs. I want a self-tuned kernel which optimizes its behavior all by itself. The more tuning knobs there are, the less you have a chance to run with the optimal settings.

@xav @cm0002 Tuning knobs are like knowledge: the more you have the more dangerous you are.
