Maybe with the Woman's Lot DLC, but the main story does not, I think. Do consider that the protagonist is male and there are few elements where we as the audience witness a scene with two women (and no men) that does not involve Henry either physically or as conversation topic.

If you count random banter you may overhear on the market, I am pretty sure it does.
