50-60 a day? Assuming a 7.5 h workday, or 450 minutes, that's ~8 minutes per interview, pretty hard to keep up even for fake ones

$300 divided by 30 would be $10, but still, there's no fucking way anyone is going for that. The post is probably meant as satire, but they should have at least made it believable

Gotta be group interviews. Had a few of them in my time. They're shit.
Even with group interviews... Let's take the supposed profit, 300$, and assume it's 100 pops at 3$ each, and for the sake of it let's say revenue = profit in this case. That's 100 purchases per day.
The post claims 50 interviewees per day, so 2 purchases per interviewees.
By groups of 10, that's 5 cohorts spending 1h each with the interviewer, during which every. Single. Person. Buys 2 drinks?
