They're not even pretending that they're "criminals" anymore. Some of them are US citizens and they've changed the rules to make it so there's no due process for them and they'll ship them out (if they live) right from there. Don't make me find links, I'm already depressed as it is. If you need links, look up:

appointing national guard and civilians to decide their fate.
a normal rain has already flooded the camp and made it unsafe
there's a commercial runway already built there
