I'm currently growing my first batch, they are unfortunately not legal here ๐ They're fantastic though. I've done shrooms twice in my life now and my depression and social anxiety are all but gone. I've got years of therapy under my belt too and without that the effect would surely not have been this noticeable but still. When you take them you never know what will happen. Most likely it will be amazing from start to finish but every now and then shrooms make you confront unpleasant things. Taking them was a way to prove to myself that I'm ready to confront my fears.
They just amplify what you're feeling. Not in a good headspace? Stay away. Wanna confront that headspace? Buckle up and GL.
Also I've found while you can't always directly control it the trip tends to follow your attention. At least in those stages where there still is a "you".
For sure, emergency cartoons can and should be deployed in event of any immediate danger.
Bad trips do happen. But huge breakthroughs are possible, as well. Go in not seeking anything specific and just see how it plays out.
I will say this though, if you feel a bad trip coming, you have to surrender to it. Surrender to the fact that you are tripping balls, and that it's is a finite experience, and that you'll be ok. You won't get in trouble, you won't become crazy, and if you do? Fuck it we ball.

This is absolutely right though, surrendering is how you turn a bad trip into at least a learning experience and in turn, a still great trip. So what if a few demons come out
That's the best example. Depending on your headspace that can be a hilarious experience, like a child at a funhouse playing with distorting mirrors, or it can probably freak you tf out if you forget it's temporary and only an illusion.
It's one of those things that you better be willing to deal with lol, it really can go either way, but one thing is for sure, it's gonna get weird
Nah, I never got the mirror thing. Was tripping alone on my first ever trip. It was the realization that, hey, "this technically only lasts a few hours(8-12) so eventually it'll end lol" that brought me out of that potentially bad(is any trip truly bad lol) trip. Also, for anyone still reading this, cannabis can help as well.
If you're a regular user and it's a mellow strain. I'd try mixing it with a low dose first to gauge the synergy effects.

With force of will you can change the trip, but that requires experience. I think this is why novices have bad trips. That and spending too long looking in the mirror both physically and metaphorically.
Or maybe people it's not great for weed themselves out. But I can't imagine anything better for everyone.
