For things that are "hmmm".

Yeah he shouldn’t be there. But car drivers shouldn’t be on their phone either, motorcyclists do this to prevent getting rear ended by an inattentive driver.

I totally get it there bud, I'm a hardcore roadie cyclist that faces and does much the same. Just stay out of my bike lane... and beware of parallel parked cars that make u-turns. That's what bit me twice and broke my neck and back. Have fun and be safe

Yeah. This guy definitely looks like he thinks about safety first. Looks like just another entitled asshole to me.
