Why is illegal in quotes? There's no doubt here, it's another flouting of the law.

inb4 "what did anyone expect" or whatever. I'm just here to point out explicitly those quotes are incorrectly deployed. Much like the National Guard and active duty military in our streets (in contravention of the Constitution itself) right now.

Sometimes quote marks are just being used to show that something is a quote, not as scare quotes.
