Does it buzz when you get hit?
Nah, it buzzes when in the ingame vibrators buzz.
That raises more questions than it answers!
So there's in-game vibrators that your character can use? Amazing.
Lover's Lab is the current primary user of this feature, and as the name implies, they focus on modding in porn and related things to Skyrim.
So if you got that installed, yeah, there's vibrators, and a whole lot of other stuff I imagine.
