Generally, PSA levels are higher in men with metastatic prostate cancer. However, in rare cases, it’s possible to have a low PSA even if a patient has metastatic disease. For these patients, disease progression is better measured in other ways, such as through imaging tests and biomarker tools.

Approximately 80 percent to 85 percent of all prostate cancers are detected in the local or regional stages, which represent stages I, II and III. Therefore, 15-20% of prostate cancers are detected at Stage IV.

As always, corruption and cover-up is totally possible. But never believe anything these fuckers say, for any reason. Ever. Especially when you can see the obvious bad faith in front of your eyes.

They're not telling you anything because they want you to know the truth. They're telling you because they want you to look away. Look back, and realize we have more important things to deal with.

If he had his diagnosis while in office they would have given him treatments and probably a surgery, they wouldn't have delayed it, the original message is pretty freaking dumb...
