I heard that in his younger days, Trump was a member of the infamous PEN15 gang.
Many people, some of the smartest people are saying this.
Yo, count the pens for each EO, just sayin' over here, why so many pens, just askin' questions, is it a coincidence?

A joke I first heard in elementary school. It looks like "penis."
Specifically, the joke starts with someone asking you if you want to join their pen club. They proceed to explain that all the other members are numbered and you would be member #15, so they write pen15 on your hand and there ya go.
To this day, nobody outside of the gang has been to their headquarters on Pen Island.
