The base is Manhattan midnight rush, and then I just dabbed some random shiny stuff on with a makeup sponge. There's Manhattan mermaid phantasy, some pearl coloured essence polish, some teal essence polish and something pink that I don't really remember. I think I used some store brand (BIPA) thin brush white polish too.

Aw sorry to hear that :( but I think I've done a similar look by starting with just plain midnight blue, dry completely, transparent glitter polish, dry completely, then topping with all the random art.
