It's been a while since I watched the movies but I recall Sarumon first talking about how great and invincible the orcs were and then 5-10 minutes later they got veggie chopped by the guy with the 4 arrows sticking out of his chest. That's how it is in my memories anyways, I'll have to watch it again some day
