Like poor children being able to study to become doctors and vote right.

By correctly you mean left, right?

I have thought about the need to clarify this in the original comment but the sentence doesn't make sense for that interpretation in that context. Noone protesting is not like doctors voting left.

Alltogether I would like to say that having the same word for correctness and conservative politics is a big disadvantage to the left.
