Can't upload photos (lemmy.world)

Noticed this issue in the past two days. Whenever I try to upload a photo, there is an error. It is still happening as of right now.

The error reads: “Problem uploading image. Please try again.”

Image uploads on lemmy.world and many other instances are disabled rn while the admins deal with CSAM posters and come up with a solution for the future.

Use imgur for now.

If you’re on iOS, here‘s a shortcut that makes it more convenient to upload images to Imgur.
