Biden pressured Israel to stop under threat of withholding weapons and funds. And Israel ignored him, then Trump was elected and even encouraged Israel to press further.

The USA launched a war of aggression against Yemen on behalf of Israel
The USA REPEATEDLY blocked diplomatic attempts to stop the genocide
The Biden administration actively and deliberately lied to spread pro-genocide Israeli propoganda
The Biden administration actively attacked the ICC for trying to hold Israel accountable.
