Is supplying drones and ballistic missiles for strikes on residential apartments in Ukraine considered a "measured action" to you?

The US supplies weapons for Israel to strike residential apartments and residents directly in the head before dumping them in unmarked graves in Palestine.

So I would say there's nothing escalating about what they are doing, and being a 3rd party arms dealer is a lot more measured than boots on the ground.
