  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (eg non binary) is welcome
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever. 4( No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend [email protected] for that, but here is an escape from it.

Misogyny is talked about a lot more than it used to, but then there's the Andrew Tates of the world getting more popular. Are things better, worse or the same overall?

When I was working at Oracle I was close friends with some coworkers and we ended up talking about salaries and I really do think they pay women less, at least in our subdivision of it. Hard to say if it's better or worse than 10 years ago cause I had just graduated highschool then, but there's still a long ways to go.
