Rules…
- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (eg non binary) is welcome
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever. 4( No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend [email protected] for that, but here is an escape from it.

It's a difficult one to call. There's a lot in the media narrative about misogyny, it's being verbalised as a problem. People of all genders are more aware of it... ten years ago if you pointed it out, people would look at you like you had 2 heads. Nice men are aware of the need to protect women more, and IME do it more and women don't face as much derision for saying it's happened to them. There's also Me Too, which did a lot to show what women can go through, and how dangerous a chunk of men are. Victim blaming is less bad.
However, misogists are now able to gather in numbers and get their views validated or worsened. There's a lot if behaviours that haven't changed, like targeting women for verbal attack over something. Crimes against us don't seem to be going down, and there's still not enough awareness of male violence. Incels aren't accepted as terrorists. Worldwide women's rights are poor.
Overall I'm not sure it's better
The US government has literally been removing female researchers and soldiers from websites, databases, etc. It's much, much worse than it was 10 years ago.
