pls help, it decided to put me those notifs when i restarted my pc one day, my data is still present as shown in this screenshot
even after screenshot 2, it still downloads a backup but it doesn't work when trying to import it in an incognito tab i don't want to delete my data because i don't want to lose my characters. sorry if this isn't usual, i'm new to this forum and perchance in general
Can you check the console for any errors when the first screenshot error occurs? Can you also click on the 'this page has errors' on the bottom right of the page?

and also, the console gives nothing but "Blocked script execution in 'about:blank' because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set."

It seems to be throwing errors when trying to get the characters.
i wont fully expand the object error because i opened it up about 1% and, when put into a text editor, it was 11000 lines. same thing for the "t" thing
and my exports end with .cbor.gz not .json nor .json.gz so it shouldn't work but i tried renaming one to .json.gz and that didn't work(it said "File uploaded: None" and in "This page has errors, said "An error has occurred somewhere in your code (in lists or HTML): SyntaxError: Unexpected token ' ', " �"... is not valid JSON at JSON.parse ()") and same when i rename for json if you need me to expand more, of the trees than what i did, let me know
You've tried to import the
.cbor.gzfile in an incognito tab right? Did it throw any errors? I've updated this page: https://perchance.org/acc-export-viewer to allow the.cbor.gzfiles.thx for updating, now, the site recongnises my file but says "Characters: Null" when i select "create view" and says "this page has error"
and i did try it in an incognito tab and here are the error messages:
and when i type "yes" it just doesn't work, i think that may be because even in an incognito tab, i have one old character i created that is there and even if i try to delete it before and select "delete ALL data" during the import, when i type the final "yes"(the one in the ss), it comes back and even after trying multiple times to do it and to eraase all data, it still comes back and still says that
i forgot to mention it earlier and it might be useful to know, but the character was originally generated using a image generator on perchance, i just cant remember the name of it though, but i know the image generator had an option where you could have a text character created using one of the generated images
If the character is Chloe - then it is the default one. If you have no data, that character is the default.
Possible cause is that the characters might be corrupted.

Looking at the export, there were no characters on the export.
Can you try to go to this frame on the console:
Then run this command:
This should redownload the DB in
cbor.gzformat and you can try to check if it exported again on https://perchance.org/acc-export-viewer.Do make sure that the IndexedDB on the Application/Storage tab still has the data.
ok so i don't know why, but now, when trying to get on https://perchance.org/ai-character-chat, instead of giving me an error, it just puts my old character i talked to you about, like when i open an incognito window, and in the "application" section of devtools, it doesnt show any data about the character im trying to recover
i don't know what could be causing that, probably something i did when i tried importing it in an icognito tab, because it's now acting like when i was in an incognito tab when i'm not, i'm guessing that means that means the data that didn't work was deleted along with my character.
i also noticed that now, in an icognito tab, its no longer the old character, it's chloe
to answer your question, yes, the indexedDB has data but its not the data of my character, its from an old one
if my guess is right that the data was deleted, i know that not all hope is lost yet because when i manually read the .cbor.gz file, i see every message that was sent as well as other infos that i don't fully understand but i see things like memories so it's probably other data, so i think that there is still something that could be done. if i'm wrong, let me know
also, i guess that if there is no other way, i could just create another character, and tediously copy every message in the .cbor.gz file and remove the random code in the middle of each messages and paste them into the new character
On your picture it seems that you only have one character. Are you expecting more or no? It also seems that you have two DBs:
You may be able to probably fix it by deleting the other one (empty one). But if you have data on that, you might lose it.
When I tried, you could create the 'third' character, and it would add those messages from the thread to that character. Like so:

when i go in an incognito tab and import my raw, i keep the data, type yes, then it asks me to delete the threads but when i click cancel, it import it anyways and now, i got this

I think so, yes, but probably delete the empty
chatbot-ui-v1database just to be sure.i deleted all data but the empty one was still there after so i deleted the database manually, then i imported it in a non-incognito window and it worked fine, tysm for your help!
