Took out a payday loan to buy the tires.
Probably rent-to-own on the rims.
I found out that was a thing when my buddy started working at one of the rent to own rims places as a repo guy. If someone didn't pay their bill him and another dude went out and took them back leaving the vehicle on blocks.
