You'd be surprised what Americans are willing to pay for their iDevices in order to not look like one of the poors.

Money is very importent to Americans, not life quality appearently.

They are willing to work super hard to be "successful", take all kinds of mental torture to get there. But no time to enjoy family life, a walk in the forest, meditation, music.... Gotta make those dollars.
