Every morning, they give him a bag which contains a bunch of keywords. Trump stuffs his little carrot fingers down the bag, and pulls out 3 words from the bag. His goal is to work those words into as many conversations as he can that day.

I think he's just on social media a lot. Whatever pops into his feed enough he jumps on. Thats why its always random shit.
