One of the bigger problems of relying on Urkainian nazi propaganda for how successful the war has been for its anti-Russia sponsors is that people internalize their (manufactured) hatred as successful when it is not, and self-collapsing.

There have been similar reports, and Russian economy and military production has been increased significantly. This one is from NATO leader who knows its true.

One from Washington though. I think the us is not trustworthy at the moment. That's not saying Russia isn't rebuilding quickly, just that I don't trust the usa at the moment

European NATO commander, appointed well before Trump, is more of a NATO "consensus guy" with information. One possibility to lie, is just to give fuel to Russophobia and EU warmongering, instead of admitting the failure that Ukraine sacrifice/warmongering lies have been in diminishing Russia.
