Can we browse all pf another instances communities? (lemmy.world)

I was wondering if there's a way to view all of the communities on a server other than the one i signed up for. If not, would it be possible to link the instances' names to their communities list?

The sync app does this

This app does it, too. There's a Community option in the left side bar.

Tap left top hamburger menu for access.
