Thank you, General Armchair. Do you have any more insightful tactical advice that you learned from your gamer chats that you can share over Signal with us?

I know that you feel insecure. I see you. It’s ok, but you can get through life without lashing out.

I actually lash out because it feels good to emotionally affect impotent people such as yourself. Do you want me to apologize?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 days ago (1 children)

No. I want you to feel better.

So you want me to lash out more? Got it homie, too easy.

You are a peaceful person trying to be pacifist in a world that never respected such things, only tolerated it. Now only threats of actual violence is capable of changing anything within our lifetimes. Deterrence used to be simple political willpower and negotiating, now only physical posturing is. Dm me your current address please so we can hug, that will make me feel better.

You remind me of my brother. He was taking a medication that caused some intestinal issues. While going to my sister's wedding, he stopped at a Safeway and asked to use the bathroom. The manager said that it is closed after 9:00 so my brother went back to his car, got a roll of toilet paper, then went back to the entrance of Safeway and pooped inside. He needed to project his internal feelings at other people or the places and was actually proud of himself. This is one of many reasons that I keep a polite distance from him. There are far better ways to interact with the world, and that starts with figuring out what triggers feelings of insecurity and working on them.

I dunno, "I can shit in your toilet or I can shit on your floor" is a pretty powerful message. Maybe the manager will be more open to those in intestinal distress in future.

Maybe the manager has no choice and my brother is an insecure idiot who made his insides become other people’s problem.

Lol, what sort of manager can't open a toilet? He didn't want to. Frankly, I've spent years at a time where being more than an hour from a toilet was not a possibility for me and of the hour long window I had discomfort started at 10 minutes by 60 I was in pain and at real risk of shitting myself. I've never shat on anyone's floor but i have zero sympathy for someone who lacks the basic humanity to open a shop toilet for someone in need.

It's a high-crime high-drug use area. This policy is on purpose. His needs are secondary to their security.
